Clicking on multi-tier | and Settings per project

1) When clicking on the multi tier, so I can confirm what tier I am linking to, it currently clears the selection and I have to choose again. It should have the original still selected because frankly I forget which one I set it up to!
2)wondering if we could have the options that are in the main options per project, specifically, captcha solving. I am doing churn and burn and also normal, slower "white hat". I dont want the C&B to use death by captcha because it will eat through it in an hr. But I want my white hat ones to use it because they are quality links.

2. you can do that already when clicking on the label in project options to use 1st/2nd or all captcha services.
With C&B I want it to use PR3+ (maybe even PR4) but other projects, PR1+
