trouble attaching keywords to anchor text (getting syntax error

I am trying to use the function where you import a text file with your target url and the keywords associated with it and I keep on getting an error that says "The spin syntax in URL is wrong.  I produces content with {} spins in it."  

Here is an example of my input

http://dogtraining.com#{how to train dogs|ways to train dogs|best dog training methods|best methods to train dogs|I am crazy about dogs}

What am I doing wrong?

must be something else as the sample one is ok.

click edit->edit all. There you should see some entry where it is not ok.

I think I may have found the problem.  When I import the url/anchor texts from my clipboard they get cut off before the end.  That is why they didnt work.  if I import them as a txt file it works fine.  Might be a bug worth fixing or maybe a problem on my end
