What proxy sources do u use for scraping ?

Did anyone has tested proxy sources from big list? Which one are getting the most working proxies?

    for quality results strictly quality private/dedicated proxies = buyproxies.org = speed for most proxies below 1 second

    if quality and efficiency UN-important

    then public proxies
    check the proxies in SER manually ONE by ONE
    chose only sites that offer lists that are updated continuously or at VERY LEAST every few hrs
    UNcheck all proxy list-URLs that are updated only once per  several hours or per day or even less

    this proxies may remain active for several minutes or a VERY few hours then dead again
    hence automatic renewal of public proxies ever 60 minutes or less or if less than 60 or so active proxies

    take YOUR time to visit ALL sites and evaluate yourself the quality of  proxy results offered on each site

    But with private proxies you get burned fast when checking PR...as for first tier we need to check PR
