What Happens When SER Searches and Uses Global Lists?

How does SER work it? Does it search for x amount or use x amount of the global lists and switches or when it runs out of sources does it only use the global list? I have enough keywords for it never to run out of target URLs, but I am importing huge lists into it as well so I'm not sure whether it's worth my projects ONLY using global lists or should they search and find as well?

Also, if I want to use global lists do I just use verified? Or all of them (identified, submitted, verified, failed)?

    1. using imported urls if no more are there it does

    2. search by search engines

    3. if no results or not enough it uses site lists and other technics.
