Question about selecting search engines for scraping

If I use multiple google search engines (.co.uk, .fr, .es) then will GSA scrape the same links multiple times (because most G engines have more or less the same results) or how does it work? If it scrapes the same links multiple times then will it also post to them multiple times? Thanks!

    those other google search engines use a filter for the language/country and should not have the same results.
