GSA SER to Indexification MISSING LINKS.

My very first project on GSA SER has 5,200+ verified links but when I checked my campaign on Indexification the next day, it only received 2,500+ links.
What happened to my 2,500 verified links? >.<<br> From now on, I'm thinking of just submitting it manually so all the verified links will surely go to indexification.
What's your experience? Did it happen to you too?

    I had similar situation with ten thousands of links missing on indexification (aprox half of all existing links missing)
    then I RESUBMITTED all again manually
    now all OK

    @hans51 If you already submitted 5,000+ links and then manually submitted all 10,000 links again, then it will be doubled. I mean, some of your links will be submitted two times. Is it okay? I think it's only a waste of resources.
    I think I will just deactivate my Indexification API first then just submit all the links manually once and for all after my project is complete. Do you think it's a good idea?

    Funny.. I ever have 35-40K verified daily, but Indexification count 50K reached each early afternoon and the half of my links are usualy rejected. I don`t care bcz pass all as well through TII, anyway  seeng that: is that possible if indexification splits somehow the apis and provokes a kind of counting errors?

    why don`t you post that into the @innozemec thread - Indexification is his service as well.
