I cleaned up my site lists and am using them with a specific project. Will other projects use this?

quick question... for my existing projects, do i have to import target urls or will it automagically pick those lists up again?  

i want to start turning on other projects and i want to make sure these projects are using the updated and verified list I built.

Is there anything I have to do to make sure the lists are picked up by my previously created projects?
