Where to put global site list <--- Please Help

Hey, I have been scrapping sites and lists directly from GSA SER using:

Options-Advanced-Tools-Search for sites

I have scraped a list of over 50k urls but I do not know what to do next... do I need to add them to my campaign or tell my campaign to use them or does it do that already?

Also, I used United States engines only when scraping does this mean that I will rank in the us more or is there no differnce?

    just enable global site lists in project options (identified).
