since i'm doing this just for youtube videos.... can my keywords / anchor text be just my keyword?

i know website and blogs, you need to be specific. 

however, with videos, isn't it a little bit more relaxed. 

can't you pump as many back links as you want, with the anchor and keyword 'density' being very loose, and not get penalized.

ive been penalised when i blasted them with spsam before but i dont know specifically it was that, havent tested it enough times to say for sure
