Buy Private Proxies But Can't Work, Where's Problem?

Happy New Year, EveryOne.

I have bought 10 Semi Dedicated Private Proxies from proxy-hub.com,
like following (follow proxies just example)

125.205.16.217:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.218:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.219:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.220:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.221:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.222:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.223:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.224:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.225:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234
125.205.16.226:80:Xks23s:Cgssr234

And i have import into GSA SER, like follow picture;
and test all in google or bing, but all can't work.
So I began to confusion,
Is that my wrong operation? or these Private Proxies all have problem?
SomeBody who can help me?

    One More Question,

    I'm first time to buy private proxies, and when i buy from that website,
    i see can definition username and password,
    this way Give me a lot of sense of security,

    After two days, they finally gave me the private proxies,
    but the username and password not i definition,
    so, this is normal?

    Alot of providers generate the username/password for your private proxies. That's no big deal.

    Are you still having getting the proxies to work? You might be importing them in the wrong format. 

    In your example you say they are IP:PORT:USER:PASS but in that image I see the @ symbol.

    s4nt0s thanks for your answer. But can you or other guys can answer me one more question?

    They answered me already,

    1) Why the username and password not i definition?
    Because ""Special symbols and capital letters not allowed in user and pass.""
    this is my fault,because i don't know  :D

    2) The private proxies cant work, because they gave me the wrong data.
    they have sent the right already, and i've test it, really can work,

    but i have new question  :-*

    New-1) e.g i've buy share 50 private proxies, and test in google, all can't work,
    they told us this thing "Basically GSA checker against Google is not working"
    so is that ture?

    N-2) i've use test in Bing many times, the result have 42-49 can work,
    this is normal?
    because i'm newbie, i thought should be all can work.

    will promise 100% all can work? not like have 42-49... etc

    I've never had a problem with my proxies passing google in the software but I know it does happen with some providers. Do you have any other tool to test the proxies with? Maybe Scrapebox or something else with a proxy scraper?

    But I listen to your opinion and used the scrapebox test in first time, the result as follow,
