no engine matches, download failed - how to fix?

Question title say everything. How to fix that errors? I use 8.8k AA List from this forum. :)

    and how to save list of verified urls? bescause I currently build tier 2 and want to build tier 3 on that tier 2 list.

    Try to scrape more sites.

    Get semi or private proxies, scraped proxies gives download failed errors most of the time.
