backup without running software

Hello, my server is blocked, so i have to reinstall it and backup file in rescue mode with filezila transfer Ftp, so i can't run my windows server to do backup, if i backup the all files of gsa search engine ranker in app data roaming, and i install gsa on new machine, and i transfer back my copy of folders of Gsa of app data roaming... will i have my old project, sitelist...?

    ok and if i transfer the all folder frop app data roaming... it's ok or i have to put again my reguster details for my licence? because i deleted the mail! , or please can you send it to me again to my mail manulienhart@gmail.com
