Bought gsa search engine ranker and cant activate it!

i bought gsa search engine ranker yesterday and i tried to activate it with the serial key, but it did not work. Then i got a pop up from the software telling me to request the activate code from info@gsa-online.de and i sent them an email but i have not heard from them yet.

why can i not activate it? i even tried to run the software as administrator but it didn´t work either.

what do i need to do? i want to start and actovate the program as fast as possible.

I think you have to activate the program with the serial code and your name (not email address)

i tried type in my name and the serial but it did not work, it said it could not activate "online" and contact info@gsa-online.de for the request activation code.
