2 x SER liceneses but 1 doesn't work....

I have 2 x SER liceneses..
i am using 30 proxies, when i tested the 30 proxies on 1 licence i get 19 working o.k. so i set that running and leave it.
when i check with the other licence, i get NONE o.k so i can't use that licence....
what is wrong??? as i need to use them both, i don't want to use the public proxies either.

    your proxies might be bind to one IP or your other PC might block our program by a firewall or anti virus.
