SMTP error

Hi
I can't even sent test email, set everything as on screenshot on your FAQ and I get only errors
"this test email couldn't be sent smtp error permanent failure invalid command" or "couldn't connect smtp"

    gmail and everything as on the screenshot in FAQ... port 465

    Tried with checked and without, still same problem
