How much % Partial Anchor Text, Secondary Anchor Text.. for Tier 1

I want to build tier 1 links. They are web 2.0 with medium quality.

My question is now how much of the tier 1 links should point directly to my money site and much much should point only to my money site.

So lets say I want to build a coffee site. There I have different sub sites for example Macchiato. How much % of my Tier 1 Links can point to Macchiato and how much should only point to my coffee side in general? So that it looks more natural in google eyes.

The default settings have once been defined to be optimal. Though things might have changed on later google updates and I am fine to change that if anyone has better ideas.
