I have read a lot of discuss about links submit and anchor text %,  but how do everyone  to  control those ranking anchor text %

you can set this manually in the url field ie url#{anchor1|anchor1|anchor2|anchor3} anchor 1=50% anchor2 =25% anchor3=25% and so on or what most would do is use the functions on the data tab that allow you set set percentages-partial match anchor text....Generic anchor text%
