Domain as anchor text or URL as anchor text, which one you prefer?

Would be glad to hear what's the big guys thinking. imo, have the option "URL as anchor text" is much "natural" than "domain as anchor text". when point a link to a page i.e. "domainname.com/page1.html", using anchor text as the target URL would be better than an anchor text reads "www.domainname.com", so which do you guys prefer?

    I think you're right.

    Would be nice to have the option to specify "domain, or URL" , as looking back through my verified lists where I've built links to blog posts, it *seems* to be using both?

    thanks for sharing your idea @2take2 on my end all are using domain, donno why but it seems correct as configured. I'd like to have the "url" option
