loaded nn/nnn urls from site lists but no posting

- Did an import urls (identify platforms/sort in) - I searched help file for this and didn't find explanation, so I assume the urls will be placed in "identified site list"

-  Then did Status-->active (Use Global site list only - identified site list checked - no engines selected

Now I see many messages -->loaded nn/nnn urls from site list but GSA SER is not posting

Does loading have to complete before posting occurs?
