Parsing forums from site list for Xrumer

Is there a best way to do this?  Will xrumer accept the forums the way they are put in the text file?  Is there a tool that parses the SER logs?  Should I write a script in perl?  Any help appreciated

Just take the txt files from the global site lists folder and put them into your xR/Links folder.
