Please wait a moment popup + Projects auto stopping

So after running my GSA for a few hours I'll usually get this pop up http://i.imgur.com/0p65m96.png I realize this only occurs when I'm running a lot of project (14 currently) This pop up will appear, some projects will still show active but aren't highlighted (exactly the same as an inactive project, just that the status shows "active" but isn't moving) What's up?

    propably you use too many projects or threads. What you see in the screenshot is a bugreport preparing to show up.
