How do I set a "limit" for Tiered Link Building?

Hi there,
The title may cause some confusion but well, let me explain to you what I mean:
I would like to limit the amounts of eg. Tier 3 Links to a Tier 2 Link. So let's say I build daily 20-30 Tier 2 Backlinks and I want 10 backlinks to each of these Tier 2 backlinks maximum. How would I set it up or is it even possible? I want GSA to stop building backlinks to a URL of Tier 2 once 10 backlinks are reached. There is only an option to stop the project after XX Verifications are done to XX Urls but I want GSA to stop building Tier 3 links on Tier 2 links where XX URLs are reached but continue building links to other Tier 2 URLs where my specific limit is not reached yet.

That sounds confusing probably but I hope though that somebody can help me.

    not confusing on the options tab tick Pause the project after (set limit from drop down)- set your time frame and tick per url- ie build this many links per url over this time frame-
