how to set up a specific location on specific keyword?

i found  the setting of "search engines to use" and "skip sites from the following countries"  ,it seems i am wrong on the setting
what i would like to have is ...for example: italy is my main area to seo my site , I hope all my keywords and blog searched related to italy and site in italy domain or language related to itailia,and no more another country,PLS.......what and how do I do ? thanks all

    skip all other countries than .it is a good start than.

    On"skip sites from the following countries" click the Italy you mean?
    Click the country is Skip the country,am I right??

    well, i think it should come with the setting  Search engine also.
    and how i  blog commenting on specific blog of the example like www.xxxblog.com?

    You can select special countries/languages when using the popup menu on search engine box.
