Do Not Want To Submit Random Keywords with URLs Placed

Hello

I have three URLs with the keywords for each URL in GSA Ser but notice when I tick the box it takes random keywords and random URLs and post it does not use it how I set it up to use only the Keyword for the specific URL.

Is this possible or that is how it works, I must tick the box to use random keywords per URL.

Thank you for any help on this.

    please give a sample.
  • Thank you Sven for replying very much appreciated.

    I would like it to go in this order:

    1. http://www.website.com#{keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}

    In that order with different keywords for each page I would like the postings to go 1 then 2 the 3 and back again.

    Thank you again.

    Yes thats what I understood but I don't see why it would not place the keyword witht he URL. On what site did that happen?
  • Thank you again Sven for getting back.

    When I tick the box that says "use a random URL from above on every submission else in sequence" I notice keywords in website 2 being placed in website 1.

    I am not sure if I untick the box it will go in sequence like I want it to do so I have not run the project.

    Thank you again and can you advise.

    that should not matter at all. I just need some URL where this happened. Maybe in private message as you don't want to show your money site.
  • Thats fine Sven see below:

    It can happen when you enter in "Anchor Text" field all your keywords for all pages. When you set a project and point anchor texts like:
    1. http://www.website.com#{keyword1|keyword2|keyword3}
    2. http://www.website.com/page1.html#{keyword4|keyword5|keyword6}
    3. http://www.website.com/page3.html#{keyword7|keyword8|keyword9}
    then you don't have to fill "Anchor Text" field at all (fill only "Keywords" field).
  • Thanks Pullthetrigger,

    Not sure if I understand, do you mean if I put keywords in the "Anchor Text (Based on Main Keyword" section it grabs from that, I thought this was ignored if you put anchor text in the URL section.

    Can you explain.

    Thank you very much.
  • "do you mean if I put keywords in the "Anchor Text (Based on Main Keyword" section it grabs from that, I thought this was ignored if you put anchor text in the URL section."

    Yes, you are right. I had the same problem one time. Just don't put anything in "Anchor text (Based on main keyword)" and in other fields that come below and are used for anchor scheme setting (Partial march anchor text, Secondary, branding, etc.)
  • Instead of leaving it blank, I have this

    %Anchor_Text%

  • Thanks all will try it out and see what happens.
  • @mlsto I am curious how that worked
  • It seems to be working fine without putting keywords in the Anchor Text section so if you have text there and use them with the URL it does not ignore that section.

    Hope that helps, maybe GSA can check into that.
