Proper Hummingbird GSA Setup ?

hey guys , i did not use GSA for few months now and i am looking for some tips about how to set it up for the latest google algo update. 

1. What do you use for T1 these days ? GSA directly or Blogs ?
2. What engines do you use for T1
3. How many submissions or verified per day ? (Velocity) 
4. Anything else that you think is important
