Threads per proxy issue

Hi, i use buyproxies semi dedicated proxies and wonder if i only use it to posting and no scraping at all, what's the maximun threads i can set? Currently i'm using 30 proxies for 300~400 threads, any suggestions?

MmmMm, I have 10 proxies and for thread to use Set 100-150.
