Only posting to global site list - is this normal?

After having imported about 4k URLs from scrapebox into GSA, I now set my project to only post to these URLs (i.e. in the project options I unchecked all SE's and checked "Use URLs from global site lists if enabled".)

However, GSA is now only running on 1 thread and my whole log looks like this:

23:53:03: [ ] Loaded 1/67 URLs from site lists
23:53:07: [ ] Loaded 1/67 URLs from site lists

There are 4k URLs in this, so why these odd numbers?

Why only 1 thread?

Also, there are no attempts to submit something, no captcha requests or anything...can anybody please help with this?

X/125 means that the rest except X URLs are parsed/known to the project. So try clearing history and se eif that helps.
