Reason behind updating GSA SER too quickly?

What is the reason behind GSA SER to update so fast?
Because i always get an visible update button at bottom right, whenever i logged in to my vps.

After update, even we don't know what was the changing behind this update.
So, my question is could we get a message in SER that which thing is newly added or updated?
