GSA crashing when I increase threads

Running a VPS with 2 processors, 4 GB ram. Plenty of disk space. Using 30 private proxies and 100 projects. I was running 600 threads no problem when I wasn't scraping. Now when I go above 300 threads, it crashes. What am I doing wrong?

You use to much Use the scheduler.
