Create My Own Default Setup (Engines/Settings)?

Is there a way of setting up my own personal default for new projects or group of projects. For example, I have my strategy so that certain engines in certain tiers are set up. I do create one at the moment and set it up, then duplicate it multiple times, but tiers are different so I need my own 'group' of default projects where I can just go in and edit the URL, Articles and press Go. 

I'm sure there must be a way but I just haven't worked it out yet. The only thing I can think of is to create a dummy group of projects and back them up, then restore/import it when I want to create a new set of projects...is this the only way? Is it the best/fastest way? 

I'd like to hear others opinions/thoughts..

    On the engines bar right click, and "Load/Save engines selection", not putting it default, but makes it easy to load

    Sweet, thanks @donchino. I should always remember to right click things as it's usually the answer...doh!

    So, I could do that for a group of projects? And then duplicate them and do what I said in the OP?

    Either you save different engine selections using the right click and "Save engines selection", give it a name (tier1,tier2,tier3...) and then load them one by one in projects, or you duplicate tier1 to tier1, tier2 to tier2 etc. (same engines passed on automatically), or you backup and restore (again same engines selected as in backup).
