Is it possible to use a sitemap as a tier so we can get GSA to randomly pull a link from there, pull the data from the site and create some cool "natural" links?

    Just import URLs from a sitemap?

    but that doesn't pull the page title or meta title.

    The crawl online function looks like what i need but i don't seem to be able to get it to pull the page titles.

    The upcoming version lets you parse a sitemap as well int he Craw Online dialog. Just enter the sitemap url there and it should work.
