SER slows down to 10 threads with a large list of targets still remaining?

Just as the title states, I can't get SER to go over 10 threads. Using CB & 10 privet proxies, tested and good. It originally starts with the set amount of threads, but then dwindles down to about 10. It should also be noted that it shows : right click project > show urls > show left target urls = 0 for each project.

Yep, same issue here. Never had this issue before. Just started upon the new update.
