Help Me Find Txt File in SER

@Sven or Someone can help me out. I am trying to find the txt file that leaves links after commenting...I cant seem to find it. Its used in blog comments, guestbooks and image platforms.

Bold sections below is what I am trying edit:

auto_anchor.dat or auto_anchor-article.dat in the engines folder.
