Having Specific Projects Run Constantly, Regardless of Scheduler

I have a select few "spam" projects that I, personally, would like to run all of the time and get as much as I can out of them, but also run the scheduler apart from them. Basically it would be like: SPAM (all of the time) | Scheduler (BLANK additional OR inclusive projects every BLANK minutes) Is this already something that can be done? Or maybe others would like to be added? Thanks
