Best Way to import AA List?

What's the best way to import a AA list? If I do the "Identify and Sort In", will it add to the list of Identified? If that happens, will it dilute the list with the other trash?

    I would import the AA list into a project that has the engines enabled. The URLs get submitted + sorted into your site lists as well than.
