clean out "Identified" List

I want to clean out my identified list. How do I do it?

If you go to user/appdata/roaming/gsa search engine ranker - You will see the folders for the various site lists. So you can go inside the identified folder and delete all the files in there.

If I delete the files, can I assume that SER will rebuild them?
