Are captcha error sites counted as 'parsed'

If a site fails to submit due to a captcha error does it get put on the already parsed list?  In other words can I re run a project again to submit to failed captchas (assuming they get answered on the second run).

If I clear and re run then I will repost to all the successful ones which is not what I want though.

It shouldn't post to successful ones if you enable do not post to same domain more than once under project options. :-)

Even than it will not post as it sees your URL on the page. It will not submit there again.

The problem is some sites the comments and links might get pushed down so it can't check properly.

Would be nice if we had a retry failed captcha option or way to export those instead to make it more clear which ones actually failed.
