I have an account, but can't switch from "demo version" to normal

Hi, I don't really know what is going on with my copy of GSA engine ranker 7.14 But I keep myself entering the username and password to the program and it doesn't switch from "demo version" to the full one, everytime I open it is asking me if I want to buy it, etc... have you had this issue before... thanks for your help.

I had that once before, it was caused by a space at the end of the email/password.
Double check no spaces at end of text.
