License Problem and Project Restore Error

Today I moved to a new VPS and Installed GSA. But i cant register my License, even after restarting the GSA many Times.

and When i try to Add the BackUp Projects, am getting an Error below,

Btw am using Windows Server 2012

How do i solve this Issue?

    I am using windows server 2012 also with no probs.
    I suggest you un-install and re-install and if it doesn't work, contact @sven

    Un-Installed and Restarted the VPS then again Installed the GSA SER still cant register my license :(
