Low LPM, should be running faster

Running on a VPS with 4 GB of Ram. 24 private proxies with 240 threads. Running by T1, T2, T3 contextual, T2, T3 junk. Using all search engines, Total of 94 projects. Current LPM is 5.5. The red flag is that it's chewing up 2 GB of ram. I have cleaned out duplicates. Any other ideas? My keyword lists are large, 100k for each project- is this doing it?

    I similar VPS, similar setup and similar number of projects. But mine uses only 1 GB ram
    Are you using scheduler?

    nope. not scheduling

    That could be the problem. I have about 150 projects and if i don't use scheduler i get out of memory very quickly.
