Submit rate is high but Verify is very very low

Been run my projects for couples days, and now its submit rate is high but Verify is very very low.
Also, one of my latest project (same setting as others) submit and verify is low than others so much. tier 3 BLOG COMMENT = 0 submit and 0 verify.

Can anyone tell me why?
Been tried to delete it and reset again. but still same....
