How do I use sceduler?

How do I use it? Do I select all my campaigns then open scheduler and press do 10 at a time and change every 30 minutes? Don't think its working for me!

1. set status of the projects you want to use in scheduler to active (not pressing start button)

2. click the down arrow next to the start button and choose scheduler

3. set your options there and hit start.
