I was using this hosting for many years. It was good but the last years real hassle!! My websites were Always down! The fees are very high for what they offer. The support at the beginning was very helpful but the last 4 years, there is no support I can say. They answer promptly but they will not help in anything.
You need to resolve issues yourself.
The funny thing is that they blocked some IPS. I was not able to log into my own websites and when I managed to do so with VPN ( ONLY!!), the websites were down. I managed to migrate to another hosting thanks god! I pay 35$/yr now instead of 100$+/yr and everything is really stable, no problem at all and I am on the new hosting 1.5 yr now!!
@3arabax were you on our shared hosting or having your own vps? if you are on our shared hosting this is not our strong area, we just had it there since when we provided seo hosting back then and soon will be disconnected among our services, however we doubt this would happen on any our linux vps or any other services we offer also regarding fees, We are not sure what fees we charge? our price is among the cheapest in the market and we havent passed any prices increases which 99% of most provider did to any of our clients for several years now!! anyway we wish you to find a suitable provider for you needs and sorry it didnt work well for you with us

If you still consider that your service is the cheapest, this means you are not aware of what prices are actually. This hosting is an old one because I did my research before migrating.

As I said, your support was Great at the beginning, really good, but in the last few years no it is very far from what it was. I can say no support. Honestly, they replied promptly, but they will not help. Always: contact your developper.
