GSA creating PR0 Backlinks despite settings

I am trying to set up GSA to create decent tier 1 links for ranking YouTube videos and a couple of my sites and I have the settings configured to skip sites with a PR under 5. But when testing it on Google.com it creates links on PR 0 and below PR5 domains. I can include screenshots if you guys want, in order to better understand my issue.

    I guess that comes from engines that:

    a) create there own sub domain -> life with it

    b) sites are whois/statistics sites -> disable Indexer engine

    c) sites are url shortener -> disable them
