Need help with some problems.

I have some problems maybe its my settings or any other thing.
1) I started my campaign and it was on nice speed, when it comes to 2000 submitted links it started to stuck. 300 submitted links in many hours. Maybe it is keywords problem? I put just 9 keywords.
2) Very low verified links. I got 2800 submitted links and just 260 verified links and this is after I put "Verify only" option all night. I am using SEO Indexer, 15 Hotmails, 10 private proxies that I use for GSA SER also. My seo indexer settings: http://i.imgur.com/pbat5nN.png
Maybe it is emails problem? i got just 15 hotmails for this campaign.
3) I have another campaign which got stuck too at 1200 submitted links, but I got there 750 verified links. At ahrefs I see just 40 backlinks. Why?

Comments
1) You need a lot more keywords, SER slows down because it's finding nothing new.
2) That's not too bad, I think that 10% verified is fairly typical with the settings that you have
3) Just because they're verified doesn't mean that they are indexed. SEO indexer SHOULD index them but lots of people on here use other indexing services e.g. indexification etc. It can take time for stuff to get indexed...be patient
Apart from that your settings look ok, I'd expect you to get many thousands of submissions with those settings. Add another 1,000 keywords and I think that it will fly
