status -> active --- how does it work (order of steps)

Hi folks,

I got stuck on a problem I can't find an answert:

when I set a project as "active" (under options -> status) - what's the order Ser will use ? What does it first, second, ect. ?
I got the problem that it always veryfies and though I have a very low LpM (0.47).

How can I set Ser to only post links and verify later (manually) ?

Disable verification in project and set it to Active (Verify Only) if you feel like verification should start.
