Jus wondering there is an option for this , so should I Clean-up check and remove non working?

    It depends if you use your site lists for anything. If you don't use site lists, no reason to waste time going through them and verifying they're live.

    I tried to clean up and its a lot of unknown.
    Anyway, I did bought site list and import to ser... so I should run it ?

    Of course, import it to a project and check all of the boxes for projects.
