Probably low verified targets I would imagine. Are you sure you've got verifications turned on?

Blog comments for example will look like that because they link gets submitted, is marked as spam and will only be removed from Submitted after 5 days of checking.

i am pretty sure i have verification turned on .. how can i make sure?

also i used the generated email , is that a problem?

Yea maybe. Post some screenshots about email settings and options.
