Can't key in data for anchor text fields

Specifically, the following fields:

partial match anchor text

secondary anchor text

branding anchor text

LSI anchor text 

When I click on any of them fields , it doesn't even show any blinking cursor 

p.s. did a search through the forum, but only a guy has this problem by far? I'm surprised as this is clearly a bug? 

You need to have the relevant checkbox next to each field checked to enable editing.

They were checked
