Question about tier project postings.

Hi, 
i have two questions about postings in TIER project. 

1. If we check the option "use a random URL from above on every submission", does it have an effect? (since the field is empty)

2. If there are new verified urls in the master project, will the TIER project post to target URLs that didn't receive a backlink yet? And then once all of them has one backlink it comes back to the beginning of the sequence?

    1. Well it takes one URL after the other and not a random one.

    2. Works according to point 1. It will check if new URLs got crated and post to them as well.
